Win The Happy Empire Daily Journals: Self-Care and a Gratitude. Reading Time: 2 minutes

I talk about self-care a lot on my blog and I highlight the benefits, the ideas and the overall outcomes to be embraced from practicing self-care. As I always like to point out as well, is self-care is so much more than having a hot bath but it’s a darn good place to start. Self-care is about removing toxic people from your life, ditching bad habits, finding inner peace and celebrating our victories no matter how big or small.

This also applies to being grateful for what we already have in our lives. Expressing gratitude on a daily basis increases our chances of attracting more into our lives and I don’t just mean possessions, I mean love, friendship and trust.

Because I trust and believe in the power of self-care and gratitude so much, I wanted my readers to have the chance of getting hold of these beautifully designed journals by The Happi Empire.

Navigate your journey in a soulful way and connect to the universe by using these stunning and inspiring journals which have been individually charges with Rekik by Frances the owner of The Happi Empire.

Be further inspired by checking out all my previous self-care posts including 100 ways to practice self-care.

I never used to take any time at all for myself. I worked hard and never took a breath. Last year I lost my dad to cancer and a few weeks later I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then I have taken time to have at least half an hour a day of just silece, with my own thoughts. I’ve started yoga too for the first timea nd love it!
