Whether you are vegan curious, care about the planet we live on, love animals, want educating or are new to veganism; then I urge you to watch these films.

On and off over the past 30 years of eating meat and consuming dairy, I knew it wasn’t right but I still did it. I knew what was happening (well, I thought I did) but I still chose to eat whatever I wanted to eat. My attitude was… well everyone else does it!

But I knew deep down it was wrong. I tried to become a vegetarian but slipped back into eating meat. I put this down to lack of education and understanding and pure laziness – oh and constant brainwashing.

I made the change 5 years ago and it was the best thing I’ve done for my mind, body, soul, environment, my children, animals, other humans and the planet.

The large corporations in the “food chain” don’t have anyone’s best interests at heart. All they care about is the money they make and they don’t care at what cost.

Consider the pharma corporations that supplied and funded the concentration camps – they are the same companies involved in the meat, diary and health organisations.

I feel it is my duty to share the lessons I have gained to the ones I love. It frightens me that this is happening in our world and yet, so many of us are still blinded and what I can only describe as brainwashed.

The only way to undo any kind of brainwashing is by facing up to the reality of what is really happening to animals, humans and our planet.

I could talk for hours on this subject but I think an even better way to share my discoveries is by sharing these films with you.

The respect I have for these writers and directors is explosive. Thank goodness for these dedicated and passionate beings.

I have watched all of the following films and I will continue to watch footage because animals, humans and our planet are owed a great deal and if it keeps burning that fire and makes me more passionate about helping, then I will.

Earthlings

Okja

Cowspiracy

What the Health

Carnage

There are many more I have yet to watch that are on my list – simply google vegan films. There are some new ones due out this year that will be worth a watch.

Films have this beautiful and powerful way of delivering a message and I think these films are a great place to start!

Light and love
